Project description and objective: The project of further development of KČN is focused on activities leading to marketing and promotion of the cluster, its activities, current and future outputs, services and the benefits of the cluster for its members. The project is a follow-up to the activities of the previous KČN Development. The core is to organize mutual meetings and events aimed at improving mutual cooperation of existing and potential members and more intensive knowledge sharing, presentations at trade fairs, in the press and on-line environment and networking with other specialized organizations.
The objective of the cluster organization development project is primarily to strengthen the joint promotion and presentation of KČN member firms and, if possible, to further expand the membership of the cluster.
