A nine-member delegation of the Czech Furniture Cluster (KČN) attended the 40th edition of WMF – China International Furniture Machinery & Woodworking Machinery Fair in Shanghai on 5–6 September. The visit provided an important opportunity to explore current technological trends, establish new contacts and further strengthen international cooperation. The Czech Furniture Cluster was also honoured with the “Valued Partner” Award.
WMF Shanghai is an important international platform for the furniture manufacturing and woodworking industries, showcasing new technologies, production solutions, automation and innovations that are shaping the future of the sector.
The nine-member KČN delegation used the two-day visit to explore the latest industry developments and technologies, meet representatives of companies and experts from different countries, and gain new insights and inspiration relevant to the Czech furniture industry.
An important part of the visit was also strengthening international relations and identifying new opportunities for cooperation between Czech and international partners. For KČN, face-to-face meetings and the exchange of knowledge and experience at an international level are important tools for supporting innovation, competitiveness and the further development of its member companies.
One of the highlights of the visit was the presentation of the “Valued Partner” Award to the Czech Furniture Cluster. KČN greatly appreciates this recognition as an acknowledgement of the cooperation and partnerships developed over the years, as well as an encouragement to continue strengthening international ties.
The Czech Furniture Cluster would like to express its sincere thanks to the WMF organizers for their warm welcome, generous hospitality and professional organization. Participating in the milestone 40th edition of WMF provided not only an opportunity to follow the latest developments in the industry, but above all a valuable space for personal meetings, knowledge exchange and the development of new opportunities for future cooperation.
